Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

For items made-to-order, please allow 3–4 weeks for production.

Shipping within Spain is 10€.
Shipping within the European Union is 20€.
Shipping to the rest of the world is 25€.

Prices within the European Union are shown in euros and include 21% Spanish VAT.

For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes, import duties, or charges upon delivery.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, refusal to pay duties, or lack of response, the customer remains responsible for any return or re-shipping costs.

 

RETURNS

Each piece is crafted as an individual design or in very limited quantities. Because of the time, care and handwork involved in its making, returns are not accepted. We aim to offer clear information about sizing, fit and design. If you have any questions regarding measurements, materials, or the character of a piece, please contact us by email before purchasing. Each piece is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it leaves the studio in perfect condition.
